  • Skills to prevent and protect you and others from burning out

Here is how it works:

- You choose the date. Pick the best date that works with your schedule.

- Bring your entire team/group to the session. We allow a maximum of 25 participants per session.

- It costs $1650+hst to run a Mental Health 1-Hour session.
